Dr. Brandon Cline received his Ph.D from the University of Alabama. Prior to joining Mississippi State, Dr. Cline taught at Clemson University, West Virginia University, and The University of Alabama. His research focuses on insider trading, executive compensation, equity offerings, and corporate governance. His work has been published in numerous finance journals, including Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Empirical Finance, The Journal of Financial Research, and European Financial Management. His work has also been the subject of several feature stories in major media outlets and he has presented at conferences and universities across the country.
Melissa Woodley
Associate Professor of Economics and Finance
Creighton University
Dr. Melissa Woodley received her PhD in Finance from the University of Alabama in 2007, an MA in Finance with a concentration in financial risk management from the University of Alabama in 2002, and a BS in Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1999. Prior to joining Creighton University as Associate Professor of Economics and Finance, she served as an investment analyst and portfolio manager for a major regional bank. Dr. Woodley's primary research focus is bond market liquidity and the impact of information revelation in bond markets. She has published several academic journal articles in this area and has presented her work at numerous conferences and universities. She is also a CFA Charterholder.
Adam Yore
Associate Professor of Finance and Stephen Furbacher Professor of Organizational Change

Dr. Adam Yore received his Ph.D. from Drexel University. Prior to joining the University of Missouri as Associate Professor of Finance and Stephen Furbacher Professor of Organizational Change, he was an Associate Professor of Finance at Northern Illinois University. His research focuses on corporate governance and has been published in numerous top peer-reviewed scholarly journals such as the Journal of Financial Economics, the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, the Journal of Empirical Finance, The Financial Review, the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance, and the Journal of Corporate Finance. His work board structure, executive compensation, and managerial integrity has broad practitioner interest and has been cited over 75 times by major media outlets. He has also presented his work at conferences and universities across the country.
